Dr. Tim Goodheart, DDS, FAGD - Dr. Goodheart graduated from the UMKC School of Dentistry. After completing his residency at the Kansas City VA he has been in practice at our current location. He has obtained his Fellowship designation in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of several professional associations including: Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and The Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Liz - Clinic Coordinator - Greetings, my name is Liz. As you have probably noticed I am not in the office anymore. I have moved to Jefferson City with my husband Eric, daughter Emma and two sons, Luke and Gavin. I am now working from home doing some of the tasks that are hard to complete while serving patients on a daily basis. In an effort to make your visit the best I now handle as much of the insurance, confirming, rescheduling and ANYTHING else I can do from my home. I have had the priviledge of being an integral part of the extreme growth and evolution of this team since 1995. I look forward to chatting with you soon!
Thea - Lead Administrative Coordinator - Hello, I am the Front Desk Coordinator on the Goodheart Dental Team. I have been part of the team since 1998. I reside in Kansas City with my husband Billy, and our two sons, Tyler and Dylan. There are a number of insurance plans out there, just give me a challenge and watch me tackle it!
Melanie - Administrative Coordinator - Hi! I live in Lee's Summit, MO with my husband (David), two boys (Elijah & Ryder) and two dogs (Jada & Roxy). I joined the Goodheart Dental team in May 2016 as a hygiene assistant. I have recently transitioned to the front desk area so now I am one of the first faces you will see when you come through the door! I am enjoying learning this side of the practice and working closely with Thea to make sure your experience is great from the moment you first call us to the time you walk out the door!

Carma, CDA,EFDA - Lead Assistant - Hello! I have been working for Dr. Goodheart since 2004. I live in Raymore with my husband Brandon and our two sweet girls, Gracie and Carlie. I love animals and have too many pets to mention. In my free time I enjoy gardening, cooking, and having fun with my family and friends.
Nikki- Dental Assistant - Hello, I have been with Goodheart Dental since 2016. I received my certificate in Dental Assisting from High Tech Institute in 2009, and have my Expanded Function Certificates. I live in Kansas City with my family and our dogs Sassy and Chief. I look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces!
Hygiene Department
Hillary, RDH - Lead Hygienist - Hello, I graduated from the University of South Dakota receiving my degree in Dental Hygiene. I have been part of the Goodheart Dental Team since 1998. I reside in Independence with my husband Cory and our four children Carter , Chase , Hudson (our beagle mix) , and Bandit (our Pitsky)! We are soon to be grandparents to our daughter, Coral's first child. Being one of the biggest chickens in the chair (ask any of my teammates) helps me to be patient and understanding with fears and anxieties.
Ashton, RDH - Ciao, my name is Ashton. I grew up in Kansas City and went to Raytown Schools. I graduated from Missouri Southern State University; with a degree in Health Science and Dental Hygiene. I live here in Raytown with my husband Justin, our 3 daughters Cheyenne, Ensley, and Anniston and our nephew Jaylon and our two miniature schnauzers (Daisy and Avery). I've been a part of Goodheart's dental team since March 2010. My favorite part of being a hygienist is to form relationships with my patients, educate, and give back to the community. I can't wait to meet you all.
Alisha, RDH - Alisha has been practicing as a dental hygienist for 12 years. Before pursuing a career in dental hygiene she received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Missouri Kansas-City. Realizing dentistry was her passion she went on to graduate with an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Concorde College. Alisha's favorite part about being a Dental Hygienist is building relationships with patients and making them feel comfortable at the dentist office. In her spare time she spends it with her 2 kids and husband. She likes to travel, exercise and attend any kind of happy hour!
Julia - Hygiene Assistant - Hi! My name is Julia, but I go by Jules. I am the assistant to the hygienists at Goodheart Dental. I am from Wichita, Kansas and I am going to get married in October 2021. I have 2 fur babies named Nolla and Loki! Dentistry is my passion and I LOVE making people smile!
